Went to check in and the guy didn't speak english, the office was gross, entire place ran down needless to say I changed my mind and went to a different motel

Scary, Stinky, Noisy - READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING

When I walked up to the counter to check in, the "NO REFUNDS" signs posted on the back wall, the counter and the door should have been my 1st clue. When we entered our room, the light didn't work and we were hit with a strong smell of old cigarettes and beer. I walked through room to the bathroom to find a light. I should have left it off. We could see trash on the floor and on the walls. The bathroom had black mold recently painted over but coming through. It was late and I tried to have my wife sleep while I kept watch. She laid on the bed fully dressed because she was afraid to see what was under the covers. The neighborhood was not good and several homeless people were looking for shelter. A group of people showed up and took the room next to us. That's when I realized that the walls were thin too. So, after an hour at the hotel, we left. I kick myself for not having read the reviews first. We ended up at the Fairfield Inn up the street and it was like night and day!

NO, NO, NO

Room had holes in wall, ceiling, bathroom door (which was coming apart) , headboard on one of the beds fell apart, no washcloths but the hand towels were small enough and thin enough that we used them. We have medical equipment but the few plugins d I didn't work , neither did most of the lights.

Ok so I checked in to the hotel .... Long about 6pm or so I went to go do #1 in the bathroom.... Guess what, my tolet woudn't work properly !! Then if thats not enough at that very time is when I called down to the fromt desk to report it to the manger... He tells me that the plumber us coming tomorrow, only is it when I layed down on my bed and greatly sound asleep...... I hear a very loud Boom !! Boom !!! Boom !! pounding on my door... I was severly woken up.... This time Id clearly say my overnight stay, was a stay from " T" total deplorable, miserable ...... !! As they say being so truthful the truth really hurts .... This time I wasn't impressed at all .... G'day

Skip this one!

Don't stay here! Dirty room - bathroom was not clean. Left us only two towels and one had hair on it from a prior guest when we went to use it. Curtins did not cover the window and we were on the bottom floor by the front enterance.

Complete crap! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Absolute garbage. The office was tiny and cramped. REEKED of Indian food. I reserved a two bed room. I was ORDERED to only use one bed although there were two of us. Windows were busted out, taped and boarded up. The cleaning staff actually verbally assaulted a tenant. Pool was the find you see in run down skate videos. Disgusting, swampy, and run down. The stairs and walkway reeked of cigarette smoke and littered with butts. Stains on the carpets, walls and showers from, what I can only guess was a drug filled party that lasted 3 weeks. Carpet was coming up, torn and just overall repulsive. The second we entered the room we got on our phones (no wifi there) and booked a different hotel. We left RIGHT AWAY!! Lost our nightly cost but was only concerned with not catching a disease from even being on the premises.

I can't speak for other rooms but loose wirings in the room I stayed in & leaking faucet with very dirty bath tub.

Very concerned and would like my money back!!! $65

The pictures tell it all. After my observations of the room, I was fearful to even sleep under the sheets!!! I slept on top of the bedspread. Even tho it was late, I was hungry and the staff told me all nearby eateries were closed. I googled and found Dominos so ordered a garden salad. It arrived without a fork! Eating a salad with your fingers in a nasty setting is so lovely! It MUST be illegal to have no smoke detector battery... You knew due to no cover on the detector... Look at the pics folks! The one pic of the light with no cover, and missing a bulb, with the water damage, was right over the toilet!

DISGUSTING

Hotel was OLD AND SKETCHY and disgusting! Bath tub was either NOT cleaned or uncleanable we didn't use the shower. The beds were semi comfortable but I wow up with bed bugs crawling on me. Can't get to the hotel because of so much construction and sketchy, scary people lurking around the hotel premises all the time. Cheap, but so not worth it. Spend a little extra and get a good hotel, this one was terrible!!!!

Nightmare

Luckily I only booked it for 1 night. The carpet was nasty, the ceiling falling off on 2 different spots,closet door were gone,the bath tub was the nastiest thing I ever seen. They should fine the owner of this place.

Very filthy and run down!

The exterior had hundreds of cigarette butts at the base of the stairwell, and smelled. It says on the sign outside that there's a pool,, it's not functional and is awful looking in plain sight.. The exterior of the building has accumulated dirt buildup. The windows in the room had lots of fingerprints from over time. The bathroom sink ran constantly much more than a drip. The bathroom cabinet drawers and doors needed repairs. There was one dull lightbulb above the sinks, but the fixture had the capacity to have 4. The grout in the tub was gross. The carpeted floor could have been vacuumed better, there were remains of previous tenants hairpins on the floors. It was hard to see in the room because it was so dark because of dark floors and paint color and inadequate lighting. The staff was helpful and courteous. If one called the office, you were able to have a blow dryer and a iron brought up.

Disappointed.

The room smelled very bad, as urine, the carpet was dirty, and also the withe bath tub curtain was very dirty with dark grey stains in the bottom, the table legs were broken, the curtains did not close well.

Executive inn stay

we just needed to relax. the beds were good but the room needed some professional fixing and repair work. the sink and tub were very old and discolored. the caulking was patchy and bulky. the flooring was not connected in places. There was much negative neighborhood people skulking around. I guess we are used to being able to go out of our room to our car in the evening comfortably.

It's a clean hotel, but it lacks most of the amenities you may be used to at more contemporary hotels. The location is great and the price competitive, but it wasn't very comfortable. Luckily, I was there for a conference and only slept there at night.

We were forewarned by the reviews.

We had looked at this hotel and saw it had a low rating but we had waited too long to book another hotel and decided to give it a try. On the good side, the room was rather large, the beds were comfortable and clean. They had wifi. The room included a microwave, TV and fridge which was nice since we knew they did not provide breakfast. On the negative side, the walls are made of cinder block and thin--noise or just regular talking from outside or the next room comes through uninhibited. The shower worked well and the towels were thick and clean but had mold in the corners of the bathroom. Someone kindly made up our beds after our first night--we stayed two nights. They provided small packages of soap and shampoo.

I can't believe I even stayed at this hotel.....guess we were desperate......I have NEVER seen such a terrible place...we even found others clothes under the bed!!!!!!!!!! the sink and tub were so so stained......the curtains did not even cover all the window.........I was so surprised that you even had this hotel on your list.......
