One dedicated parking space is located directly in front of the home (by the large tree), making arrivals and departures simple and stress-free — a valuable perk in Provincetown.

If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle, there is additional first-come, first-served parking directly across the entrance to the 60 Race Point Rd development. While not guaranteed, guests with a second car are often able to park there if the deeded space is already in use.

Additional public parking is also available at the MacMillan Pier Town Lot, as well as various privately owned lots along Bradford Street. There are also numbered public parking spaces along Commercial Street (fees apply when in effect).

Please note: Metered parking is typically in effect from May through early November. Off-season parking is generally free. For a full list of public parking lots managed by the Town of Provincetown, please refer to the town’s official parking resources.

Being part of a residential street in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel between the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors.

Many of our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way!

We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood.

We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests.

We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it.

We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Guests are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution and supervision at all times, especially when outdoors or when children are present.

Property Service Notice

Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.



There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

❗📣 Please note: Any violation of our house rules, including smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, or burning candles, incense, or any open flames, as well as unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties/events, may result in a minimum $500 violation fee, with additional charges if warranted by the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, your stay may also be terminated immediately without a refund.
