Modern Condo in the West End, central to everything you want to enjoy in P-Town.

This newly renovated condo has everything you need, located in the Historic west end, walk out the door and you are on Commercial St where everything happens, a quick walk to the boat slip for t-dance, Spiritus, tons of local restaurants and shops as well as all the nighttime action within walking distance of our location. Taking the ferry? Just a short walk and you're at the door. Driving? Plenty of local pay by the day parking to choose from close by. We recommend Grace Hal Parking lotl . A short 3 minute walk from our condo. Drop your bags off, park the car and get ready to relax and have plenty of fun things await you to experience during your stay.. Amenities include central AC, HEAT a fully equipped kitchen, all stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. A dry bar with everything you will need to mix your drinks to get you started before you head out. Washer and dryer in the unit. Beautifully redone bathroom with heated floors and a rain shower. Outdoor space to enjoy your coffee outside the back door on the deck and a shared common area on the other side of the condo. Large bedroom , high speed internet to stream music or watch your favorite movie, cable for both TVs. An Italian leather couch that sleeps 2 comfortably. Remote check in and out with digital locks on the doors, so no need to worry about losing a key. After you have stayed with us you will never want to rent anywhere else again

Beautiful and clean property with a freat little kitchen and livingroom. The side porch had a littlw table and chairs that are perfect for a morning cuppa or happy hour before hitting the town. Host was helpful and welcoming!

We absolutely adored Jacob and Daniel’s place. The location was perfection. The condo had everything we needed and we loved having an outdoor space to drink our morning coffee: Jacob was easy to get a hold of and was so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely be returning next summer :)

Fantastic!

Everything about this condo was great - the location is fantastic, everything is just outside the door. The place was clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and even cook quick meals during our stay. The host was very responsive and friendly. We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful rental in a perfect location

This property checks all the boxes! It has everything you need and more. It's clean, super comfortable, modern, and the location - you simply can't beat the location! Literally steps from Commerical St. - yet the unit is tucked away that you can't hear noise from the street. Upon arrival, we were greeted with such lovely welcome gifts. In our hast to beat the Cape traffic upon check out - we left a few items behind. Jacob reached out to let me know and promptly shipped them to us - at no cost to us. I highly recommend this beautiful property. You won't be disappointed.

Great vacation getaway in P-Town!

We’re regular P-Town vacationers and this place has it all - location, comfort, and amenities! It’s in a great downtown spot on Commercial Street, but set above everything, so you don’t hear the noise. The space is larger than it appears in the pictures, it’s bright, super clean and well decorated. The bed and couch are comfortable, linens and towels good quality, the shower has good water pressure, and the appliances are modern. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal (without having to go to the store to buy things). The washer/dryer are a plus. The owners go above and beyond what normal hosts do - all those little things you normally must remember to pack for a week-long vacation (sharp knife, umbrella, beach towel, dish soap, dryer sheets, etc.) well they already have it! They’re great with communication and check in to make sure your stay is going well. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I highly recommend it and would come back again.

Perfect P-town Stay

We were a little nervous traveling with our 5-year-old when we realized that the location was right on Commercial Street (and it was Carnival week!) but it was absolutely perfect. Very quiet, so cozy, and the location couldn't be better. We're already talking about coming back next year!

Exceptional stay in the heart of Provincetown

There really aren’t enough great things to say about this condo - we absolutely loved our stay. Location in the middle of all the fun but felt wonderfully private. Beautifully decorated with every modern amenity while remaining warm and cozy. A real home away from home in PTown. Jacob was such a lovely host and so generous with his time. We can’t recommend it enough.

Amazing Home

This might be the best place I have stayed in Provincetown. The pictures do not do it justice. Space is much larger than it looks, super clean and well decorated. Bed and couch were comfortable sleep, the shower was great and all the appliances are new. Great location right next to Spiritus pizza but also very quiet compared to other stays on Commerical St. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this property.

My son and I had an awesome stay here and I won’t hesitate to stay here again next visit. Host was very responsive and everything was as advertised. We loved the location and the host provided all of the simple basics that can be such a pain and so expensive to provide for yourself (dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. They just made it easy to be very comfortable very quickly and easily so we could enjoy our vacation to the max.

NGPA WEEKEND 2022

This apartment was awesome. It was very clean, up to date, super tastefully decorated and worked excellently for myself and my Friend. We stayed 3 nights and extended one night. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re a Spiritus Pizza Fan. We had a misunderstanding about which door to use entering the unit which lead to an angry dog confrontation with the neighbor who is full time. Her big dog snapped at my friend but didn’t bite luckily. One of the dining chairs began to come apart. But it didn’t break. We asked about having wash cloths to use and we’re surprised to find out they didn’t provide any. Otherwise everything was amazing. They provided a bottle of wine for us and a nice amenity kit for our stay, and all the cold water we could drink! Jacob and Daniel were very accommodating and couldn’t have been nicer. When we got locked out of what we thought was the main door, Jacob almost was ready to jump in the car from Boston to come let us in, even though it was as much our mistaken use of the wrong door which led to our lockout. The apartment was pricier than most places I’ve stayed in P-Town. But it was top quality, too!

Home base for our Ptown getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The second-floor condo was clean and modern, just perfect for two guests. We had everything we needed for our comfort. The condo is centrally located on Commercial Street, which means that all bars and restaurants are only a short walking distance away. However, this proximity to the action means that it can be a little noisy at nighttime. If you are looking for the peace and quiet of the West End, you may be slightly disappointed. The property manager was extremely responsive before and during our stay. Make sure to read his welcome guide before you arrive, as the main entrance to the property is not easy to find unless you look closely for the gate pull.
