"The pool is small, and the towels in the pool area were never stocked. We had to ask for towels all 3 times we used it. Smoke detector was missing with wires hanging. I had to alert staff who didn’t take it as serious as it should be. Eventually someone found me a working smoke detector. The room was clean on the surface but smelled musty. "The pictures were misleading. The parking was limited, the outside was sketchy. The sink was clogged and had very poor drainage, the toilet would barely flush, the shower had body hair on the walls, the bathroom towel hooks were barely attached, the shampoo and body wash wall containers were empty, and the bath towels were tiny. After a long day in the city and running around I did NOT look forward to going back there. I will say, the staff were polite and kind but that’s it. "

"The building was clean. The staff were welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is that the showers could be cleaned better and the rooms could be mopped more. But that’s a personal preference!"

Bathroom tile was filthy, room smelled bad, When we got off the elevator there was large pieces of furniture stacked outside the elevator yet there was no signs stating “forgive our mess” our hall was party central yelling and hollering down the hallway through out the night. "BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us.

"The pros: central location, breakfast was full each morning and check in was quick.
The cons: the hotel room entrance was not secure. It did not lock- door reader broken, hallways constantly smelled like weed, ants in our hotel room- entire 3 night stay, no bathroom ventilation- fan did not turn on at all with lights, bathroom toilet paper roll holder not put on the wall, no hand towel holder(where one should be) flickering lights all over the hotel.

"Check in was fast and easy. The decor and finishings are very modernized for the cost per night.
No complaints about cleanliness- not to say it was perfect, but overall it was a very comfortable stay and we slept great.

"The bathroom had missing handles on the faucet.
The microwave was burned out and rusty inside, could not be used. I try to use one in the breakfast bar area that one didn’t work they said the power was out. When I asked for a replacement, they decided to put me in a different room, and it wasn’t much better.
The rooms were dark and dingy.
The bathroom was under maintain needs remodeling.
The breakfast was horrible had pancakes, old bagels, and I think yogurt was all I can recall. No meat...
