"The bed and the pillows were so soft. It was right across from the subway station with several food options like Panera Bread and a coffee shop next door. Target was across the street as well. Great location. "

"Spend the extra money for the high floor with city view, you won't regret it! As others have written before me, this really is a couples hotel, with the rooms being small, intimate and well..close when it comes to the bath and toilet facilities. The location is outstanding when attending games at TD Garden and we will happily stay there another time."

"We had great service through our stay. 1st we got there late forgetting to check in but the staff there took care of everything for us and we ask for pack and play for our little one and he went across the street to go get one and bring it up to our room. We enjoy everything and will come back. "

"I am completely impressed with the comfort of this hotel. The room was roomy and everything you need was there except for tea bags in the room. (There was different coffees) The complementary hot drinks in the morning did not have any tea either.
Too bad when you are not a coffee drinker.
First time I ever experienced that no tea was offered in a hotel.
But I bought my own teabags and the problem was solved.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everything worth seeing.
The service is top.
I can’t wait to return to this hotel.

"Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay."

"Bookede et rum med to dobbeltsenge (man kunne også vælge to Queen senge), blev spurgt ved ankomst om vi skulle bruge handikap facilitet på rum, svaret var nej så længe det havde 2 dobbeltsenge. Vi fik 2 Queen senge??? Suk. Og kun 180lange"
