"For the dollar value, off season rate, it was a great deal. At first glance it is beautiful and the room was impressive with all its lights lit up. But the shock and awe stops there. It was freezing cold, the temperature was 65 degrees not just in the room but in the main common areas as well. I turned on the heat pump, and the fireplace and after an hour I had to call and as for the heat to be turned up. The heat pump was installed in the worst place, with a wall opposite it about 2 feet away,...

"I wasn't going to be in the room to much, so I didn't require much. The room was basic hotel style with private access, a bed, fridge, microwave, drip-coffee maker, toaster, mini-fridge, TV (assuming with a Roku or similar, but I didn't use it), WiFi access, towels / soaps included, and an oscillating fan as there is no air conditioning. The room was clean, but I found some some long hairs present in the bathroom (not mine), but didn't bother me at all. Decent stay, low noise and comfortable."

"Jeff was quick to answer the VRBO app. Issue with getting initially but quickly resolved. The apt is listed for up to 6 people, but the 3rd bed is a blowup mattress, a bit misleading if one was assuming it was a fold out bed. The couch was not great for such a great central room if you wanted to lounge around and watch TV, but overall the location was great, apt was as listed, clean and nice with great view (not of the water though). "Everything was well explained from check in to check out. They checked in to ensure all was well. It is beautifully laid out and close to all the down town tourism stuff. We made use of the outdoor patio nightly. Had some local beer from the business next door. Even saw a fireworks show from the patio! Would definitely book again. "
