The new holiday house Mletak is located on the south side of the Privlaka peninsula, and is 200 meters away from the sandy beach.
The house is equipped to the highest standards to make guests feel as comfortable as possible on their vacation.
The interior of 140 m2 can accommodate 8 people. The ground floor has a living room (smart TV, air conditioning, sofa and sofa bed for two people), dining room, modern kitchen (dishes, hob, oven, refrigerator dishwasher, hood, kettle, coffee maker, toaster , stick mixer), bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine). From the living room there is access to a spacious terrace with pool and barbecue.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed (180 x 200) and one with a double bed (140 x 200). Each room has a smart TV, air conditioning, dressing table and wardrobe. The bedrooms have access to balconies on the south and west sides of the house, while the hallway leads to the balcony on the east side. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower and towels for use in the house and at the pool.
Holiday home Mletak has a heated pool with jacuzzi, sun deck and outdoor shower. In the yard there is a barbecue with full equipment, next to which there is a children's playground. Guests have access to bicycles and various water sports (speedboat, tube, skis, kayak, sup).
