"Everything was perfect. The only problem was the many cats that tried to get your food. They would jump on the table as soon as they got a chance. Take care of the cats, keep them well feed and it would be perfect. "

"Front desk staff was everything! Herby and Jake were very helpful with everything, their customer service and professionalism is outstanding. I give them 1000/1000 pineapple villas is better because of them ."

"Great service"

"We loved our stay at Puerta Azul. They have their own dock to start snorkeling and kayaking from, as well as boat pickups of you prefer tours to reach farther destinations. Breakfast onsite was great with a weekly rotating menu. One thing to note is that the onsite restaurant is the only convenient but expensive option for lunch and dinner. "Great place to stay and the people were fantastic!"

"Room not clean"

"Loved the location by this cute beach strip at the side of the village. It was nice to take the water taxi to West Bay but stay here. Very pretty vista outside. And sun beds available. Our room was Economy for 3 people but met our requirements. It was really clean and comfortable. It was just me and my daughter and we had plenty of space. Shower great. Stayed for just one night, but would have extended but needed to return home. This is not a resort style luxury but a comfortable and clean...
