And to the person who checked us in (feel bad I didn’t get their name) and also served us in the restaurant was literally like Mary Poppins, big thank you.

"Lovely views and a comfortable stay. Room was very big and the shower was excellent. The fridge wasn’t working but was replaced straight away. Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold food in the restaurant that had beautiful views of the harbour. Great location for exploring The Island. Staff very helpful.Swimming pool was great too although a bit on the warm side. However a good size. Bar area was really good too. "

Vi kunne høre alt hvad den åbenbart syge person inde ved siden af foretog sig herunder hosten, snotten, fisen osv. og han kunne dermed høre alt hvad vi fortog os( som var man i samme rum ) alt i værelset og på hotellet var meget nedslidt. "Disgraceful ,they knew they had multiple guests stranded with nowhere to sleep and didnt care .The property was cluttered ,we had to push a mattress out the way to use the toilet(no hand-wash)aka cupboard.The kitchen is not the one in pictures 1/3 of size ,dirt,mould in corners of fridge ,what appears to be mouse droppings in cupboards,plenty of pics as proof .key safe to enter property just popped open so anyone could walk in in night. AVOID AVOID AVOID oh and free breakfast is a lie and garden...

Rang the property mobile number and they said turn itleft and right then the code works.
Almost immediately they sent a text demanding another payment of £45 for cleaning services which would be on top of £74 paid up front to Hotels.com. The room had a queen size bed with damp smelly linen and appeared...

"Gorgeous room and lovely decor overall although a few things were broken opun arrival e.g. One of the blinds pull strings was snapped and one of the plant pots was crackes.
The staff were very courteous and helpful.
I would rate higher but the rooom did not come with any bath products or a hair dryer, and the tea and coffee was kept in the hallway between the rooms rather than having a selection in the room.
Will definitely stay again if this is fixed. "
