This Princeville duplex offers access to a shared communal and outdoor pool, plus a private entrance and patio. This is a resort setting with a lit path to the entrance for easy evenings. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.



The Neighborhood:

Paniolo is close to Princeville Shopping Village, the fitness park, walking trails, and the weekly farmers market, so it is easy to pick up breakfast supplies or make a simple afternoon plan. The village sits on Kauai's green North Shore above Hanalei Bay, with mountain views and a quieter pace than town. Drive down to Hanalei for its broad beach and surf, or toward Anini for calmer water and snorkeling. Come back for a sunset view of the mountains.



Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.



Other Things to Note:

This duplex can be divided and rented separately as Paniolo #202A and Paniolo #202B. Streaming services available with guests' own accounts. A child size bed is available in studio B for younger guests, and a queen pull out sofa is available in studio A. Traffic noise may be audible from Ka Haku Road.
