Neighborhood was gorgeous and we loved the walking paths in the mornings. Also loved how easy it was to get to stores and restaurants and beaches—perfect location. The view from the lanai was absolutely incredible and we enjoyed a cocktail out there most nights. We wished we had known there was construction going on at the pool/clubhouse during our stay. It would have been nice if there were TVs in both bedrooms versus just one. And the dryer really doesn’t work well—we had to run several dry cycles to dry one load of clothes. But overall WAY more positives than negatives. Gorgeous condo, gorgeous property and we had an amazing time! We would absolutely come back!

Absolutely wonderful condo. 10/10. Would come back and stay in this exact place a million times over. The best view, the best location, and great amenities. The dryer sensor had a slight issue but was still functional, otherwise no other complaints whatsoever. The ACs in the bedrooms was clutch! As long as we rolled the lanai shades down during the day while we were out at the beach, the main area wasn’t too hot/humid. So enjoyable staying here!

Beautiful view and nice apartment! Partial AC in bedrooms is inadequate for warmer temps, so pls be aware. The living room and kitchen can get to about 90 degrees in the heat. But if it’s cool outside, I would recommend this place for the view alone. The customer service is also great!

One of the most amazing views on the island!

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this property. The view was gorgeous! So much so that we rushed home every evening to make sunset. The AC's were perfectly chilly in the bedrooms but most nights we fell asleep to ocean waves in the living room. The condo was stocked with more than what you need to have a comfortable stay! The beach and pool were also amazing! Will 100% be back!

Sunset views!

This oceanfront condo is amazing! The view of bay & the sunset & mountains is gorgeous. We spotted a few whales from our balcony as well. The condo is so well equipped for all your cooking needs. It was a wonderful week at Pali Ke Kua!

Review

Property and view were stunning! The house was well equipped with kitchen supplies, bedding, and beach toys. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning unit in the bottom bedroom smelt like wet dog so we ended up sleeping upstairs.

Great time at Pali Ke Kua

Fantastic stay at this unit. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved that there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear, all in great condition. Views are incredible and the AC unit upstairs kept the bedroom cool at night. Everything was great for.our stay and we will definitely rent again.

Best view ever!

Aloha! The ocean view of Bali Hai peninsula was spectacular! Lanai was comfortable for 4 adults. Even though air conditioning wasn’t listed as an amenity there was a small portable unit in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The Kauai breeze through unit made it comfortable though and there were multiple standing fans for our convenience. Texted a few questions throughout our stay and always received a prompt reply. Beautiful clean unit! Adequate pool area and convenient delicious Hideaways Pizza Pub on site. We’d love to rent here again! Mahalo!

Great views, nice decor, but older unit with some issues

This unit has fantastic views, it is nicely decorated and very clean. The only issues are that some of the window screens and the screen doors are worn out and have gaps in the seams which allowed smaller gnats, flies, and mosquitos access to unit. We woke up the first morning to find the bathroom and kitchen sinks sprinkled with small live and dead bugs. You can’t keep all of the windows closed because the only AC unit is a portable one that is in the downstairs bedroom. Incidentally, the vent of the AC unit also has gaps that allowed bugs in. Other than that we had a great stay. The facility/building is an older unit from the 70s/80s and in need of an upgrade. Nevertheless, this is a good choice if you are looking to stay in Princeville and don’t mind sharing your place with a few bugs.

Great view with some minor issues

The location and view can't be beat and overall the condo was great. But we were disappointed to see that several issues mentioned in previous reviews were still not addressed. AC unit upstairs was missing. Screen doors still non-operational. Stinky washing machine. No hairdryer. Slightly dirty overall. But they were all so minor that we didn't waste precious vacation time calling and trying to get them fixed. Hopefully they be addressed prior to the next guests. Everything else about the place was great. Comfy beds, nice couch, decent amount of kitchen gear, and KILLER views. Only other item to mention for others inbound would be that this unit had the least amount of 'beach gear' than any other unit we've stayed in over the years. No snorkel gear, no boards (boogie or surf) and lame soccer style chairs instead of true lounging low back beach chairs (did have 2 umbrellas). Again minor issues that are easily overlooked as you soak in the views of the ocean and Hanalei Bay.

Great Condo

Watched beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Great location on the north side of Kauai. My wife enjoyed all the different plants growing around the property. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Wonderful condo with spectacular view!

We are a family of 4 with two teens - had a wonderful stay in this condo. The view is spectacular. Bathrooms are big. Beds are big and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We would 100% stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back to Kauai.

Truly paradise

We came to Princeville for our anniversary The view we had from this property is the best view we’ve had in our travels. Well maybe Bora Bora come close. Such a beautiful spot. We will be back for sure !!! Great location and very clean and roomy condo. so peaceful. The only noise we heard was the waves and birds. Truly paradise.

Beautiful location, excellent condo!

We celebrated a big wedding anniversary with a trip to Kauai. The condo was bright and clean and had a magnificent view. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is quiet and accessible to gorgeous beaches, scrumptious food trucks, lovely views and so much more.

What a view!

This condo might have the best view on the island. Condo was recently updated, super clean, light and bright. We stayed there during the rainy season and slept to the sound of rain and waves combined. Kitchen had everything we needed for dinners at home. Beds were very comfortable. Only suggestion for the owner or management company: we are frequent renters of vacation properties and it is unusual that there would be only one hair dryer for a two-bedroom property.

The view was excellent. Nice gifts left for us. House was spacious and comfortable for 6 of us. Kitchen stocked with necessary items. Pretty Hawaiian touches; decorations. Clean. It’s a drive to the other beaches, shopping, restaurants etc., but Princeville and this area of homes are the prettiest on the island. Hideaway Beach which is right there, a hike down, but we did it holding a two year old, is by far the most beautiful and literally the only one I felt was what Kawaii was 30 years ago (my last trip.)
