"Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was faling apart. Every fixture in the bathroom had been tried to repair with silicone. The bed was at least 10 years old, I have slept better on the ground. The drain in the shower couldn't handle a shower longer than 2 minutes without it almost overflowing. They charged a 50£ security fee. A fee that could replace everything in the room.That fee should have been refunded within 10 days of departure. A month later and I still haven't received...

"Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. A full bag of garbage sat on the kitchen floor, a dirty mattress leaned against the house, and a bottle full of cigarette butts was outside.
