"the room was very clean and spacious - was nice to have a couch & chair to use when not wanting to sit directly on the bed. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the bathroom spacious and clean. the front lobby was very clean - signage for the restrooms when coming from the lobby were quite lacking - you have to travel all the way down the hallway, through some double doors, past the fitness room and pool and further down past the restaurant. There is a sign for a restroom beside the pool...

"Everything was great except for the restaurant. We ate there on Thursday evening. We brought guests with us and my husbands meal was cold and mine and my friends bacon on our club sandwiches was rock hard and neither one of us could eat it. We were so unimpressed with the service as well. The one lady was yelling at the rest of the staff to sweep and mop and made us feel like we had to rush. It was the worst meal we had in P.G. ...the Hotel front desk staff was FANTASTIC! Housekeeping was...

"The building itself is old. I love all the plants and tropical vibe. The staff had very minimal contact other than check in and check out. The facilities appeared clean upon entry but the sitting areas by the pool and the gazebo had garbage on the floor and in the water. The Rooms were stuffy, the TVs are very old (neither of the remotes worked) and the beds are extremely HARD. The toilet in our room was cracked at the base and the floors were very dirty. I had to wear shoes the whole time....

"The coffee at the lobby has changed, cups are much smaller and the breakfast are missing a lot of things like banana, cheese, bacon, fruit, etc. It is not the same as before."
