The Cedar Crest Log House

This beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom log cabin sits on 8 acres of wooded land with a peaceful pond, making it the perfect retreat for couples or larger families. The property is part of Lake on the Mountain Resort, just a short walk away, featuring two seasonal restaurants open from late April to late October. Across the pond, you’ll also find Lake on the Mountain Brewing Company, offering craft beers available to enjoy on-site or to-go.

Inside, this charming log home boasts a full kitchen and a cozy open-concept living room with a large propane fireplace.

Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are located on the main level, with the king bedroom loft and ensuite bathroom on the second level.

With three decks to relax on, you can fully immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings.

The home is also conveniently located near the top attractions of Prince Edward County, including excellent restaurants, wineries, galleries, and charming boutique shops.

Guests have access to the entire outdoor space and interior. There are no shared spaces.

Enjoy access to the Lake on the Mountain private beach (for Cedar Crest and Lake on the Mountain Resort guests only).

- We’re close to nature! Our location means occasional visits from local wildlife and bugs — a part of the charm, but something to be mindful of.

- Wi-Fi Notice: We do have Wi-Fi available for your convenience, but please note that due to our rural location, the connection can occasionally be slow or spotty. It’s usually great for checking emails, browsing, or streaming in standard quality, but it may not always support heavy-duty work or video calls. We appreciate your understanding — consider it a chance to unplug and enjoy the peaceful surroundings!
