>> Blueberry Cottage has two king bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchenette, living/dining area, and private porch near the water.

>> Goldenberry & Peach Cottage both have two king bedrooms, a sunny sitting area, private porch/deck with water views, and a private toilet/sink bathroom inside.

>> Lakeview Loft is a private upper-level space for two with a king bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and huge private deck with direct water views.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

Goldenberry Cottage and Peach Cottage each have a private toilet/sink bathroom inside. The full shower for those two cottages is a shared outdoor shower located nearby. Blueberry Cottage, Lakeview Loft, and the Lakehouse have full bathrooms inside.

The Lakehouse has heat and central AC. The other cottages are classic seasonal cottages and may use fans or portable heaters as needed.

Dogs are welcome, but must be included in the booking. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay.

Children and pets must be supervised near the water. The dock, shoreline, firepit, BBQ, kayaks/canoes, and water toys should be used carefully and respectfully.

Full-property bookings are for registered guests only. Weddings, events, outside visitors, commercial photography, filming, brand shoots, and professional productions require written approval before booking.

The property is on septic. Please flush only toilet paper.

The property has direct, unfenced access to Lake Ontario. The shoreline, dock, swimming, watercraft, firepit, and other outdoor amenities involve inherent risks and are used at guests’ own risk. Children and anyone requiring assistance must be supervised at all times.

One exterior security camera monitors the driveway and parking area only.

Internet and cellular reception in the area can be limited or inconsistent.
