This Hamptons inspired home is on a stunning and very private 2 acre property in the heart of prince Edward County Wine Country. Featuring an expansive 50 foot inground heated pool, luxury playground equipment, 3 bedrooms, and is surrounded by fields.

Catch amazing sunrises through east facing windows and utilize our west deck and expansive pool area to catch stunning sunsets.

There are 3 bedrooms, not including a 4th room aka the Great Room that features a daybed and a chair bed - perfect for resting or gathering around the wood burning stove.

Please note that the home has a bunk bed. The cleaning fee includes linens for the bottom bunk. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the top bunk or request linens for an additional $30.

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
