"We enjoyed the location of the hotel. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks to pick from. The hotel was pretty clean and relatively updated. However, details of the spaces were not all up kept perfectly missing buttons on the headboard, shower head not installed properly. "Price was good. Daniel sent secret codes well ahead of time which was helpful. Area was a nice residential part of Richmond Hill. Shower was fantastic - high tech, lots of hot water.
Code system for entry was a bit problematic. Took 5-6 tries to enter our room each time. Never met our host in person. In bathroom, would have been nice to have some hand towels and face washing cloths in addition to the two small bath towels. Also, hooks would have been nice - on back of room door for...
