"Very friendly staff. The lobby is pretty hip looking. My room was simple but super clean. The bed and pillows were comfy.
They had the A/C blasting when I went in, which is not very eco friendly. You can tell it gets beat up during ski season, but it’s a nice place.
The pool and hot tub are great too!
There are board games to use in the lobby. And restaurants in and near (walking distance). Even a little grocery store with gelato down the street!

"Loved it!! Accommodations were wonderful. Very comfortable beds. Workout facility, sauna, steam room, and pools were great. Lots of hiking and mountain biking in the area during the offseason. "

"Nice surrounding. At night, there were several men were shouting at the parking lot. This latest for any an hour every night. People were all very nice. The breakfast room employee was excellent. Will they there again."

"The staff at the front desk truly helped me change rooms. I have MS and could not handle the stairs with my luggage so she booked me into a room downstairs. Very very kind and considerate."

"Room was a good value for the price. Our room overlooked the river, which was awesome. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the water.
Room had two beds, but also two couches in the corner. Could have slept four people."

"We have loved coming here for so many years. The only unfortunate part is the new building going in basically adjacent to our room which is by no means a negative on the Rabbit Ears Hotel. Just a sign of the changing times."

We were pleasantly surprised how nice our room was , the towels were thick and smelled clean, the bed linens soft and clean , we appreciated the tile floor since hotel is pet friendly, mini fridge (no freezer) , microwave, and a small Keurig maker. We were worried of the traffic noise (right on Lincoln) but once the front door shut, it was peacefully quiet. The room was clean and modern decor. My only minor complaint would be the blackout shade in the bathroom area didn’t...

"Beautiful property! Dogs were allowed and even had their own dog area to potty with provided supplies if you forgot yours! The kids LOVED the pool area. We reserved the triple bed and it was exactly what we wanted and was pictured. Bathrooms and beds were clean(I’m the type to do a 5 point clean check so I know🙈) staff were super friendly and check in was smooth and quick. Great location to walk to food/shopping or just looking for great views for pictures. Would definitely stay again! "
