"Very courteous and helps staff."

"We love this place. Great location, quaint, well cared for. A must stay in Prescott."

"The hotel was very clean and nice. Free laundry room and heated pool (only 80 F though so too cold for January). The internet did not work on the TV, so we could not watch movies. But all in all, would recommend staying there if you need a simple place to stay while exploring the area. However, the restaurant was a complete disaster. My water glass had a full red lipstick mark on it. The cutlery were wrapped in a dirty napkin full of hairs. The plates were greasy on the sides. The salmon...

"We've stayed here multiple times and very happy. This time on a Monday at 4:30 pm the staff was sober behind they stuck us in the fartherest room from the desk. Est. an 80yard walk for 82 year old who has to use a cane. My guess was there is new management which has little interest in customer's needs."

"Fantastic place. Great room with super comfortable bed. Outside is really cozy in the evening"

"Clean, guest friendly hotel with heated swimming pool and quiet outdoor facility where one can enjoy the fresh clean air. Lovely breakfast and afternoon tea with pastry. All day free cafe for guests. All rooms have a balcony or outdoor garden patio area. Close to shops, restaurants, gas stations, down town and lake areas."

"I have to say my husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we got there. It was perfect for the two of us. Right in the middle of everything. A amazing bar just steps away. A amazing restaurant right under you. Also getting to enjoy whiskey row, and all the shops. It was so beautiful! Most of all beautiful weather. We will definitely stay here again."
