It is perfect for family and friends with plenty of room to gather in the game room or enjoying the backyard. Dreaming on Delano is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Historic Downtown Prescott, Thumb Butte and Watson Lake are just minutes away.



Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square.



Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 20 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!



INSIDE THE HOME

Living room: A perfect gathering place to read, watch tv and cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This open space allows guests to mingle while relaxing, preparing meals and dining. It features a gas fireplace with views of the beautiful backyard.



Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove/oven.



Bathroom 1: Located off the main living area, it includes a shower/tub combo, vanity and toilet. It has been stocked with all the necessary towels.



Master Bathroom: Located in the master bedroom, it features a private toilet, walk-in shower, garden tub and walk-in closet. It has been stocked with all the necessary towels.



Bedroom 1: This bedroom features two twin beds with an additional trundle, lamp and plenty of storage in the closet.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside table and lamp. There is ample storage space in the closet.



Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a king size bed, side tables, and lamps. This bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet.



Game Room: This room is a great gathering place for entertaining. It features a game table, seating and plenty of board games.



Laundry room: There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located off the main living area.



OUTSIDE

The backyard provides a place to enjoy your coffee and the Arizona weather. The patio provides plenty of shade with outdoor ceiling fans, retractable awning and small grass area. There is a beautiful, stone staircase which leads to the hot tub.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. This fee will be requested through Airbnb once you`ve made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest`s responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.



Rules and Policies

You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.



Wanderlust Prescott Retreats is Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.



Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make Wanderlust Prescott Retreats aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.



Guests will be sent check-in instructions four days prior to arrival.
