"check in staff was not very welcoming ( lacking smile?) forgot to mention about breakfast that i still have to ask... been to 4 hotels in this trip and I forgot which is which .. but overall i like this hotel, new, huge room and a view to a kill seeing sun rise against the hill and the highway.. awesome !! would stay there again. I booked ahead so, room price was just right. thank you it was a nice experience. "

Personally I like a selection of pillow size to accommodate neck pain.

"We were looking for a pet friendly room for a family of 6 people. This hotel exceeded our expectations. When we checked in they gave us little bags of treats for the pups. And when we got in the room and saw that there wasn't enough towels, I just went to the front desk to ask for more and they got more for us. No hassle or asking us to swap out old towels for new ones. We ended up booking the loft suite which was beautiful! The staircase in the room was such a nice feature. I would recommend...

"We use the hotel as an overnight from Canmore back to Vancouver. The room was nice, and breakfast was good. The personal at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Nearby Vernon there is a beach named Kal beach where we took a swim :D"

5 of us stayed for 4 nights … (3 rooms) so we had spent a bit of $$$ there. We were worried about the tablet in room that already been cleaned but the young man decided to chat with people that arrived after us instead of helping.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We arrived pretty late to check in and it was no problem at all - the place is very beautiful and the vegetable gardens are a must see - also do check out the friendly pig and cow "

"It was a great place to sleep at night! Clean! Coffee maker and frig , which was great! The owners seemed very nice. The room had that motel smell of cigarettes, which didn’t,t bother me that much ! Overall it was all that I needed!"

"This place has the worse customer reviews. But overall I don't mind the place. It is a bit dirty and grungy. But very functional. I have a full size kitchen with toaster and coffee maker and a legitimate oven with cooktop. Full size fridge. The pool out back is kept clean and looks fairly nice. There are BBQs onsite as well. Overall good place for the money spent. "
