The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz Sur Arly (approximately 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is only 450 metres from this holiday rental.
The rental benefits from an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker. You will also have access to an enclosed outdoor area with garden furniture.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
