This flat is located on the first floor of the building, which does not have a lift. It comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen area, a large bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms with showers, and a toilet. The upper floor of the flat comprises a bedroom with a sloping ceiling and two single beds, and a mezzanine with a double bed.

Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop. The shuttle buses are free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-sur-Arly. The residence is only 250 metres from the new swimming lake, which is open in summer.
You will have access to a locked underground garage, which also serves as a ski locker, and a large south-facing balcony.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
