"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded.
When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-)
I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward.
