Perfekt beliggenhed og skøn gårdhave. Vinduer på værelser kunne ikke åbnes og serveringspersonalet havde ikke helt styr på det. Fantastisk modtagelse af receptionen, men vi synes ikke hotellet samlet set er pengene værd.

Ok hotel, men ikke 5 stjerner. Både træning og welness var meget småt. Ingen restaurant og baren var lukket om aftenen.

3 skønne dage i prag
Vi havde 3 dejlige dage på dette hotel. Det eneste vi havde problemer med var at vi havde en kørestols bruger i vores familie, og det var ikke nemt .Personale var dog utrolig søde og hjælpsomme med at åbne døre, men hotel er ikke egnet til kørestol.

Fantastisk ophold og god service... Lige ned til floden og den gamle bydel praktisk talt i baghaven... Eneste minus var parkeringsforholdende, men det blev opvejet af meget overkommelig gåafstand til de fleste spændende seværdigheder...

Do you enjoy getting ripped off?
We had booked a deluxe suite for our 3 day stay in Prague. At the check in they gave us a room which was clearly not a deluxe suite - rather a standard double room. We asked if the room really was a deluxe suite. They first confirmed that it was. We then spoke to the front desk manager and after a while she admitted that it was not a deluxe suite, but that they had assigned us this room because they had no deluxe suites available for the entire duration of our stay, but we could stay in different rooms. We accepted and then got our suite for the night. Once they brought up our bags they then told us that we actually could stay for the entire period in this room. We were left with the clear indication of that if they could had gotten away with it they would had assigned us a smaller room for a higher price and tried to scam us. Not OK for a five star accomodation !!! Also be aware off that the pictures displayed are of rooms in the old building. The new building where we stayed was not as charming as we first thought it would be.

The hotel is older, but very nicely updated to give modern amenities - exactly what I'm looking for in an old city like Prague. The view was across the water of Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle/Cathedral. Amazing. Right on the Edge of Old Town, it was a quick walk to sights, shops, restaurants, etc. Everyone working there was great, but Kirill, at the night desk, was particularly amazing. Super helpful, great problem solver. I will be staying here again.

Fantastisk hotell og vertskap
Vi hadde gleden av å besøke The Mozart Pargue tidlig i desember. Vi hadde ett fantastisk opphold. Selv om mye av det offentlige julemarkedet i Prague er ganske kommersielt, så hadde hotellet sitt eget fantastiske julemarked, med mange boder med hjemmelaget øl, kaker, håndtverk også videre. I tillegg var det fremføring av julesanger fra kor i alle aldre, igjennom hele dagen. På kveldene så var det konserter på scenen :-) Totalt ett veldig ekslusivt hotell med strålende service, og en atmosfære man bare kan drømme om :-)

The location of this hotel can’t be beat. We stayed in a family suite and expected two bedrooms but we had a three bedroom and full three bathrooms! Everything was beautiful- the furniture, decor, flooring- It all felt very elegant. Everyone was very kind and helpful, especially Denisa and the other persons at the front who always greeted us with smiles. The breakfast options were okay but the staff in the dining room for both breakfast and dinner were always very nice. We were lucky to be there the weekend of a charity event being held in the two courtyards and everything was decorated so beautifully for Christmas! Such an easy walk to the markets, a great view of the bridge from our room, and all so clean. I definitely will return to this hotel! Thank you to everyone!

Staff was friendly, accommodating and very professional. Our Nespresso wasn’t working so the 2 days that we stayed they brought us coffee to our room. WAY TOO MANY STARS
The Mozart is an interesting historical building and a good location. Beyond that it is a pretty short list of advantages. It has pretended of being a five star hotel, but I have stayed at 3 star hotels in Europe that were comparable. In my estimation about 3.5 stars would be the maximum they should be rated. The major issue in my estimation is service and training. The rooms themselves are also lacking in many aspects when compared to true four and five star hotels. They are small and somewhat cramped. The shower leaks like a sieve and has mold around the base. When I spoke to them about that they said I could use the tub shower, but it had no dispensers for shampoo or soap (neither had any conditioner). One of the two sinks was missing a stopper of any kind and smelled. The biggest service problem has to do with service in the dining room. Four mornings I ordered green tea with lemon, I got what I ordered one time — the last morning. One night we had dinner in the dining room and they were having a large event in the hotel. It took forever and we had told the waitress that we were leaving after asking several times and she had answered that “the kitchen was so busy with the event that they really didn’t have time for the dining room orders.” As we were leaving someone else came out from the kitchen with our starters so we sat back down for them and still had another long wait for our dinners. I tipped as usual for me (and for an America ).

This was truly one of my best hotels to have ever stayed in, in one of the most beautiful cities i have ever seen. ❤️ Didn't hurt that I was upgraded to the Royal Palace suite. Thank you all for the lovely visit.

Great hotel near waterway.
The Mozart and the staff are incredible. Hotel is close to the Charles Bridge and the Old Town area. Easy to navigate. Rooms are comfortable, but a bit on the older side.

The hotel location is perfect...literally steps from the start of the Charles Bridge. Also, the hotel is beautiful..old world yet with modern conveniences. Definitely a 5-star experience. We had been to 2 other cities in Europe on this trip who were considered 5-Star and they WERE NOT. This hotel is high end, the service is top notch and they also had a French Festival in the courtyard and guests could attend at no charge. It was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
