Various sports events, sailing regattas, concerts, and outdoor festivals are held there throughout the year.

Malta Beach, located by the lake, is a perfect place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the summer atmosphere. For active guests, the area offers many attractions such as water equipment rentals, tennis courts, cycling paths, and the Malta Ski summer toboggan run. Lake Malta is also known for its unique floating fountain, which presents spectacular water shows accompanied by music and lights at selected times.

Less than 4 kilometers from the apartment is the Poznań Zoo, where visitors can see a wide variety of animals – from exotic mammals to birds, reptiles, and fish. Poznań Zoo also offers educational attractions, presentations, and shows, allowing visitors to learn more about animals and their natural habitats.

The Old Town can be reached in just 15 minutes by public transport, offering numerous tourist attractions and excellent restaurants serving cuisine from all around the world. Worth visiting are places such as the National Museum, the Archaeological Museum, the Croissant Museum, and the Royal Castle.

In the immediate area, guests will find many shops, cafés, restaurants, service points, and of course the Posnania Shopping Center. The apartment is very well connected thanks to nearby bus and tram stops, making it easy to reach all attractions Poznań has to offer.
