"The Old Courthouse and the whole Townsite area are somewhat frozen in time and you definitely get that feeling staying here. If you like that vibe, you'll love the place. If not, maybe not. The room was comfortable and the WifI worked great, which was a big plus, since we had stayed in some remote places that had bad Wifi. We missed the breakfast, but heard it's great. "

"I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but it was a described - and lovely! We were there to end a week+ galavanting around the Coast and it was just what we needed. Adorable outside setup for lounging, a massive hot tub to float around in, a friendly ginger chicken to keep us company, super quiet AND a quick walk to the nearby beach! "Very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Well kitted out with appliances, cultlery and everything you might need. Parking on site for one vehicle, so if you are comfortable parking 2nd vehicle on the street, then it works well. Also not amenable to electric vehicles as there was no exterior outlet for charging an all electric. We loved the wood stove, which was very cozy and warm.
