"This property has plenty of space. The bathrooms are newly refurbished. The thermostat works well. Many necessities were supplied, such as laundry supplies and so on. The beds were comfortable. I would like more adult furniture in the family room to watch TV (the furniture is very low) but it's fine for kids. My grandchildren enjoyed the toys and puzzles. The yard is very pleasant."

"The house was very clean with modern decor. Even though it was a 4 bdrm house, it was adequate and comfortable for 3 adults. The path leading to the back from the driveway (towards the house) could be cleaned up alittle, it doesn't initiate a first good impression. Parking can definitely be a problem if you have more than 2 cars. The house is in a great location and neighborhood. "The house is newer & nicely furnished. Being in East County it was a drive to get to anyplace, but has good freeway access and usually not bad traffic. The only downside was it's closeness to a main highway so the traffic noise was noticeable. But overall it was a nice house, comfortable and convenient."

"Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields."

Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement."
