It also features a grand foyer with an eight-foot-wide staircase.

This spacious home is the perfect place for family reunions and getaways with friends. On the main floor, you’ll find a massive gourmet kitchen with a fireplace and a stunning island perfect for entertaining. The kitchen and breakfast area can accommodate up to 10 people. Additionally, downstairs, there is a family room with two fireplaces—one gas and one wood-burning—along with a laundry room.

The formal dining area features a dining room with a fireplace and an eight-seat dining table. The main floor also features a spacious living room with a fireplace.

Guest Access—Additional Fees

It is important to note that the house is perfect for hosting family events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, and gatherings for 30 additional guests (in addition to the 10 people staying overnight). The 30 additional guests cannot stay overnight; the total number of people at the event is 40, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Please note: 2,250 usd n additional fee will be charged for the event.
