They are warm, go out of their way and make you feel truly safe, welcome and at home. Im almost scared to rate my room at a 10 cause someone else might book it before I come back :-) "

"Det var et dejligt ophold tæt på stranden. Vores værelse havde havudsigt med altan. Der er møbler på altanen som vi anvendte til f.eks drikke kaffe m.m.
Personalet især Johnny var meget høflig, imødekommende og de havde faktisk opgraderet vores værelse gratis. Vi fik en flaske vin og gratis vand på flaske i hele ophold. Værelset er godt lyd isoleret.
Hotellet har en indoors svømmepool, wellness og andre faciliteter.
Vi havde også bestilt vores lufthavn transport gennem hotellet og det var nem og billigt.
Der er bustopperstedder tæt på Radisson men man skulle være opmærksom på smalle veje med lille fortov på vej ind mod byen."

"How this Hotel maintans 4 starts is a mystery.
Lets start with the positive: yes, they have updated and refurneshed the rooms, at least the one I was in.
BUT:
The Hotel is a noise-HELL, not only because of the many drunkt youngsters partying and running in and out all night, but also because of the door-closers, that SLAMS the doors, sending a echo through the corridoor every time.
Dont bother calling the front desk, they rarely answer, so if you want to speak to them about fx noise, you'll have to go there yourself, and sometime later, "security" will drop by, typically after the noisemakers have left.
2 fire alarms in 11 days ... both in the middle of the night and both times, the front desk staff were absolutely clueless, so no general info, but prompted, they respionded "its probably someone smoking in t he room" ... probably ?
Lets cross fingers, that there is never a real fire there.
I was unfortunate enough to have a 6th floor "side sea view" "superior" room ... unfortunate, as these room come with automatic wake-up at 0600, when the staff start kicking and throwing parasol stands and sunchairs around on the pool deck right above you ... it sounds like ww3.
At the same time, though 6th floor has large balconies, theres no furniture out there ... all the same, as the 6th floor balconies are littered with cigaret butts and other trash from the pool deck, but not in the cleaning ist.
Last, no water pressure, so shower was almost impossible."
