Portoferraio is the island's center, surrounded by colorful houses reflected in the cobalt blue sea. It's impossible not to capture the beauty of its narrow streets and picturesque center, offering breathtaking views stretching to infinity.

The apartment is on the third floor and has two entrances: one main entrance on the port side and one on the square, which is a second floor.

It does not have private parking; however, you can park for free in the square (please note that cleaning is done very early on Wednesday mornings) or use the large free parking lot at the port, located about 200 meters away.

The apartment features a small service terrace and a larger terrace, not photographed due to scaffolding for renovations. However, approximately 70% of the terrace is usable if guests wish to use it (no renovations are underway).
This 50 sq m two-room apartment sleeps 2/4, located on the third floor of a modern building with an elevator, convenient to all major amenities.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen with oven, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with a sofa bed.

Important Notes:
- Check-in at our offices is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking). Not bookable on site
