Comfortable apartment on the third floor of a building with elevator, comprising an entrance hall leading to a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including an induction stovetop, a comfortable sofa, and an LCD TV. The refrigerator, separate from the kitchen, allows for better space management.

The living area also features a functional bathroom with a window and shower. The sleeping area includes a large double bedroom with direct access to a private terrace with a small table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a pleasant distant sea view. Important Notes:
- Groups of children under 21 are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Deposit (mandatory): €150.00. Refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linen and towels: €40 for a double set, including a single set (must be requested at the time of booking); cannot be booked on site.
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM. A €30.00 surcharge applies for check-ins after 8:00 PM.
