- An alarm system is in place with detectors but never in operation during the rental period (certificates are displayed in the villa)

This system is only in use in winter when the villa is not occupied. Detectors are in place in front of the exits.

The detectors cannot take a picture if the alarm is not on. The alarm is never turned on during the rental period (see GSI certificate).

- The gym is forbidden to minors under the age of 16 without supervision

- The land at the bottom of the property has been landscaped respecting its authenticity. This steep and unsecured area appearing beyond the gate located at the bottom of the garden is accessible to tenants but under their full responsibility. The responsibility of the owner of the premises or the rental agency cannot be engaged as soon as the access gate to this natural and unsecured area has been crossed by the tenant and / or his companions.
