Blue Haven – Tranquility with sea view

Blue Haven is a charming two-bedroom townhouse with a maximum capacity of 4 guests, ideal for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway on the island of Porto Santo. With its warm and welcoming décor, this property offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, perfect for couples, families, or friends.

Set over two floors and accessed via stairs, the ground floor features a bright open-plan living area where the lounge and kitchen blend seamlessly to create a practical and social space. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and a balcony with sea views, providing the perfect setting to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring the island.

On the upper floor, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, a private balcony, and lovely sea views. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and also benefits from its own balcony. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower serves both bedrooms.

For added convenience, the property offers a reserved outdoor parking space exclusively for guests.

AREA
Located in a quiet residential area of Porto Santo, this townhouse offers the perfect balance between peace and convenience. Porto Santo is renowned for its relaxed atmosphere, stunning coastline, and year-round mild climate, making it an ideal destination for those looking to enjoy a truly restful holiday.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
