Perfect for unwinding after a day of work or exploring, with a comfy sofa, armchair, and TV.

- Sleeping Area
Two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180 cm). Built-in wardrobe, spacious and discreet.

- Kitchenette
Compact but complete - ideal for light meals or a slow morning breakfast. Equipped with a two-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine.

- Bathroom
Minimalist and functional, with a walk-in shower and rain shower head - perfect for starting (or ending) the day in a relaxed mood.

- The studio does not have a washing machine, but there’s a self-service laundromat just 1 minute away on foot.

- No private parking available - street parking is paid and subject to availability.

- The area can be lively and some daytime noise is to be expected, especially on weekends or during gallery openings. It’s part of the street’s creative buzz, but worth knowing in advance.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The street is lined with contemporary art galleries that host coordinated exhibition openings on the first Saturday of every month - a local tradition known as "Inaugurações Simultâneas". This brings in artists, collectors, and curious locals for an open-house-style experience.

You'll also find street art, design ateliers, and quirky pop-ups that reflect the area’s ever-evolving creative energy.

- Cafés & Concept Stores

- Central but Alternative
Just a short walk from Crystal Palace Gardens (Jardins do Palácio de Cristal) and Museu Soares dos Reis, the area offers a slower, more creative pace while still being close to Porto’s historic center.

It's about 10–15 minutes on foot to Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, and Rua das Carmelitas.

The area is well served by public transport, making it easy to access different parts of the city.

- Buses
Several bus lines pass nearby, connecting the area to various parts of Porto and offering frequent transport options.

- Metro
The nearest metro station is Aliados, served by the D (yellow) line, approximately 600 meters away. This line offers direct connections to central locations such as São Bento and Trindade stations.

- Train
São Bento railway station, located approximately 1.6 km away, gives access to both urban and regional trains, making it convenient to travel beyond Porto’s city centre.

- On foot
Thanks to its central location, many cultural and tourist attractions are within walking distance, including the Crystal Palace Gardens, Livraria Lello, and Clérigos Tower — all around 15 to 25 minutes on foot.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts ay 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
