Designed with an open layout, the living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. A private balcony invites you to step outside, enjoy the fresh air, and unwind in a peaceful setting.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. Thoughtfully stocked with cookware and cutlery, it provides everything necessary for a seamless cooking experience.

Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and ample storage space, ensuring a restful stay. Additionally, both bedrooms include a balcony, providing a serene outdoor retreat right from the comfort of your room. Rest assured, all beds are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for ease.

The apartment includes a full bathroom and an additional powder room, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all guests. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The highlight of the property is the shared garden, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is centrally located in Porto, offering easy access to a variety of attractions, shopping areas, and cultural landmarks. Just a short distance away is Casa da Música, one of the city's most iconic concert halls, known for its striking modern architecture and diverse musical performances. Nearby, Shopping Cidade do Porto provides a great selection of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it a convenient spot for shopping and leisure.

Mercado Bom Sucesso, a lively and contemporary market, is also close by, featuring a vibrant mix of food stalls, fresh produce, and local delicacies, creating an excellent atmosphere for experiencing Porto’s culinary scene.

For those who enjoy green spaces, the stunning Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are within reach, offering breathtaking views of the Douro River and beautifully landscaped gardens, perfect for a relaxing stroll.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Casa da Música, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
