The studio is on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift.

This beautifully decorated 35m² apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a restful sofa to unwind on, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows, a dining table, and a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There is also a wardrobe for your storage needs.

Enjoy the fresh air on the balcony, adding a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bathroom has all the necessities for a refreshing experience, including fresh towels and toiletries.

For your convenience, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Please note that the flat has a connecting door to the neighbouring unit. We recommend being mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is situated in a prime location for exploring the city. Within walking distance, guests will find popular attractions such as Livraria Lello and Torre dos Clérigos. Additionally, there are plenty of dining options nearby, including Capa Negra II and Restaurante Abadia do Porto, offering a taste of local cuisine. Whether you're looking to sightsee or enjoy a meal out, this location provides easy access to everything Porto has to offer.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 10-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
