The greatest advantage of this location is its absolute proximity to the heart of Porto's Historic Centre. Within a short and pleasant walk, you will find the city's greatest landmarks: the majestic Avenida dos Aliados, the iconic Torre dos Clérigos and Livraria Lello. You can easily get lost in the medieval alleyways that lead down to the Ribeira, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to enjoy a glass of Port wine overlooking the wine cellars and the Dom Luís I Bridge. Being here means that the main attractions, museums and the vibrant nightlife of the Baixa are literally at your doorstep.

As well as being the ideal retreat to experience Porto, this address is an exceptional strategic base for discovering Northern Portugal. With the Lapa or Trindade Metro stations (the city's main connection hub) a short distance away, and with direct access to the main roads, planning fantastic day trips is simple and quick. In a short journey, you can visit the birthplace of the nation in Guimarães, the religious and Roman heritage of Braga, or be enchanted by the canals and moliceiros of Aveiro, the "Venice of Portugal". If you prefer the northern coast, the beauty of Viana do Castelo is also easily accessible, making this accommodation the perfect starting point for an unforgettable adventure through Portugal.

The property is located in the heart of Porto, with excellent access to public transport.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by taxi, Uber or car.

The nearest metro station is Lapa, a few minutes' walk away, with direct connections to the airport and the entire Porto metro network. There are also several bus stops nearby, making getting around the city very easy and convenient.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will be applied with a limit of €80 included.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bags.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
