Welcome to my home!

When you walk through the door, you will feel the bright atmosphere inside. There's a nice living area featuring a sofa bed and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The bedroom comes with a large bed, dressed with hotel-quality linen, and a TV: perfect for breakfast in bed while watching the morning news!

There's a modern bathroom featuring everything you may need to freshen up: towels and free toiletries will also be supplied upon arrival for your convenience.

The kitchen, where the dining area is located, is clean and well equipped with everything you may need to whip up a warm meal: all dishes and utensils are provided, as well as an oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a residential, quiet yet well located neighborhood in Porto, where all kinds of commerce are available, as well as restaurants and cafés.
You can easily reach all areas of Porto, either by car or with a public means of transport, as there are plenty available.

The trip to/from Porto Airport takes no more than 20/30 minutes, by car.
The closest metro station is Carolina Michaelis, located within 800 m.
There are also several bus lines available in the area, reaching all areas of the city.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
