This double room with en-suite bathroom, set within the distinctive architectural project "House of Many Faces" by Fala Atelier, in Porto, has been decorated in detail to provide maximum comfort.

Originally an old cotton processing factory, the space was masterfully converted by Fala Atelier into a building that is today an internationally recognised landmark. In addition to being awarded Building of the Year in Portugal 2025 and featuring in the Top 10 of the Secil Award, it has also been the backdrop for photo productions by leading brands.

Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this bright room stands out for its unique architecture, harmoniously combining exposed concrete ceilings in an industrial style — paying homage to the space's industrial past — with modern and welcoming décor. The building also features a shared rooftop terrace on the top floor with views over the neighbourhood.

The space is equipped with a comfortable double bed, television, air conditioning and a practical work area with a desk, perfect for planning your daily itinerary or working.

To make your stay even more comfortable and your mornings more relaxing, the room features a coffee machine and an electric kettle. It also benefits from a large balcony window that fills the entire area with wonderful natural light right from the early morning, even with the curtains closed — not recommended for guests who are particularly sensitive to sunlight.

The room also has a practical open wardrobe to keep your belongings organised.

The bathroom is fully equipped with towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Located on Rua do Freixo, this accommodation offers a privileged experience in the eastern part of Porto, embracing the banks of the stunning River Douro. The energy of this neighbourhood is incredibly serene, marked by the river breeze and fantastic natural light. Just steps from home, you will find the Freixo Marina and the iconic Freixo Palace, set within a beautiful green riverside promenade. It is the perfect area for those who love to start the day with a relaxing walk or run along the riverside, away from the usual tourist bustle, yet with the unmistakable charm of the Invicta city.

Despite this riverside tranquillity, the location ensures that the vibrant Historic Centre of Porto is just a short and scenic journey away. Following the river, you will quickly reach the heart of the city to explore its greatest attractions: stroll through the colourful alleys of Ribeira, cross the majestic Dom Luís I Bridge, admire the architecture of São Bento Station and climb the imposing Clérigos Tower. You will have the great advantage of experiencing authentic Porto and returning to your peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

The greatest asset of this address, however, is being an unbeatable strategic base for exploring Portugal's tourist wonders. Being very close to Campanhã Station (the main railway and road hub of the North) and with immediate access to the main motorways (VCI), planning fantastic day trips is incredibly easy. On a comfortable and direct journey, you can head south to fall in love with the romantic canals and moliceiros of Aveiro (the "Venice of Portugal"), or travel north to the beautiful coastal city of Viana do Castelo, to explore its rich craftsmanship and the stunning view from the Sanctuary of Santa Luzia.

The property is located on Rua do Freixo, in Porto, in an area with good access to the city and main transport routes.

The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, with STCP connections to Porto city centre, Ribeira and other areas of the city. The Porto Metro has a nearby station (Campanhã), with direct connections to the entire metropolitan network, including Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Violet Line).

Campanhã Train Station, one of Porto's main railway hubs, is just a few minutes away, with national and international connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport is approximately 20 to 30 minutes by car or metro. Taxis and services such as Uber and Bolt are widely available in the area.

By car, access to the Via de Cintura Interna (VCI) is very easy, allowing quick travel to any point in the city and the Porto region.

This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
