This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. 

For added convenience, the property includes ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nestled in the heart of Porto’s historic centre, the property is surrounded by a captivating mix of cultural landmarks, scenic views, and vibrant local life. Just a short walk away is the famous Clérigos Tower and Church, an iconic baroque monument offering panoramic city views from its towering height. Nearby, the Livraria Lello entices visitors with its enchanting design, which is known worldwide for its intricately carved staircase and artistic details.

A stroll will take you to São Bento Train Station, celebrated for its interior adorned with azulejo tiles that depict scenes of Portuguese history and culture. The Ribeira District, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is also close by. Situated along the Douro River, Ribeira is filled with lively cafes, colorful facades, and waterfront restaurants—an ideal spot to relax and savor local cuisine amidst Porto’s dynamic ambiance.

Another must-visit is the Porto Cathedral (Sé do Porto), a Romanesque-Gothic masterpiece offering both architectural beauty and breathtaking views over the city and river. The magnificent Palácio da Bolsa is also nearby, with its neoclassical architecture and richly decorated interiors, including the awe-inspiring Arabian Hall.

For a serene escape, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are slightly farther but offer lush gardens and peaceful views overlooking the Douro River.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
