The property is located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs.
Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. You can also access the private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay
The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven and a microwave.
For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as an ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and is separated from the living area by a stylish glass door with a curtain for privacy.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Along this street, you will find a variety of restaurants specializing in fresh fish and seafood. Many of these restaurants prepare their dishes over charcoal grills, offering an authentic dining experience.
The area is also characterized by residential and commercial buildings, reflecting the typical architecture of Matosinhos. The proximity to the fishing port adds to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, where you can observe the daily hustle of fishermen and enjoy high-quality seafood.
Just a short walk away is Matosinhos Beach (Praia de Matosinhos), one of the most popular beaches in the Porto region. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
