This delightful 57² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed, a TV, and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a little balcony, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 4th floor and the building has elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area blends industrial heritage with an emerging creative energy in a lively and evolving part of Porto. Once marked by warehouses and workshops, the surroundings now host many art spaces, stylish cafés, and independent shops that bring new life to the district. It’s a spot where tradition meets reinvention, offering visitors a glimpse into a less touristy, but deeply authentic, side of the city.

Its location makes it especially convenient for exploring Porto beyond the usual routes. Just a short distance from Campanhã Station, it serves as a great starting point for both urban discovery and regional travel. Whether you're wandering through hidden gems nearby or heading towards the city centre, this area offers a grounded, genuine Porto experience with a pulse that’s both local and forward-looking.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Campanhã, is just a 10-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
