The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, including an oven and stovetop, as well as the cookware and utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. The breakfast bar offers a charming spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxed meal.

Ascend the wooden staircase to the cozy mezzanine loft, where a comfortable double bed awaits beneath a skylight. This distinctive sleeping area creates a peaceful atmosphere and offers a unique connection to the sky above.

Step outside onto the balcony, furnished with two chairs and offering beautiful city views. It's the perfect little escape for a morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply enjoying the fresh air.

Guests have access to the entire studio, including the mezzanine bedroom and the small balcony. Please note, the apartment is on the 2nd floor, and access is via stairs as there is no elevator in the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Porto, set on Rua do Bonjardim, close to the heart of the city. Guests can easily explore Porto on foot, with many of the city’s most iconic landmarks, traditional cafés, restaurants, and local shops within easy reach.

Nearby attractions include the beautiful Marquês Garden, the historic Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, São Bento Station, and the lively Bolhão Market.

With excellent public transport connections and easy access to Porto’s historic center, it’s an ideal base for discovering the city’s architecture, culture, gastronomy, and vibrant atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Marquês (Metro do Porto – Lines A, B, C, E and F), is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property, providing convenient connections to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

Porto-Campanhã Train Station is approximately a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk away, offering urban, regional and long-distance train connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
