The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a coffee machine, oven, hob, fridge and other practical built-in appliances to assist you in your day-to-day life.
The two bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and ensure complete privacy, being divided across the two floors. On the lower floor, there is a serene bedroom equipped with an inviting double bed and wardrobes to keep your belongings neatly organised.
Heading up the scenic staircase to the upper floor, you will discover the second double bedroom – an incredibly cosy retreat beneath a charming wooden ceiling with skylights, also featuring a practical desk workspace.
The property has two full bathrooms with shower, conveniently located one on each floor, with all amenities including towels and toiletries for your convenience.
Please note that the accommodation is located on the 2nd floor and access is only by stairs, which is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Benefiting from proximity to central metro stations (such as Bolhão or Campo 24 de Agosto) with direct connections to the main railway lines, planning fantastic day trips is incredibly simple. On a relaxing and picturesque train journey, you can immerse yourself in the unique beauty and terraces of the Douro Valley (the world's oldest demarcated wine region), travel to the romantic city of Aveiro (known as the Venice of Portugal), or head to the Minho region to discover the architectural richness of Braga and the majestic castle of Guimarães (the cradle of the nation).
The property is located in a very well-served area for public transport and with easy access to the city centre.
By metro, the nearest station is the 24 de Agosto Station, just a few minutes' walk away. By bus, STCP has several lines in the area with fast connections to different parts of the city.
By car, Porto's historic centre is approximately 5 to 10 minutes away, and access to the Via de Cintura Interna (VCI) ring road is easy for faster journeys. Parking is available in the vicinity of the property.
Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport is approximately 15 to 20 minutes by car, or around 30 minutes by metro. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.
This is a property with self check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.
Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.
For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.
Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
