This stylish and cozy apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for up to 6 guests in Porto. Newly built in 2026, it combines modern design, plenty of natural light and a minimalist style, providing the perfect retreat after a day exploring the city.

Step into the spacious living area, where a plush L-shaped sofa and a contemporary TV unit create the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room and kitchen, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the cooking essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. The round dining table provides a cozy spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner together.

Head up the stylish concrete staircase to the mezzanine, where an additional sleeping area with a comfortable double bed awaits. The minimalist decor continues throughout this space, creating a peaceful atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.

The main bedroom, located on the ground floor, offers another comfortable retreat with a double bed, bedside tables, and ample storage space for your belongings.

The modern bathroom features a sleek shower and all the essentials for your comfort, including fresh towels and a hairdryer, making it easy to refresh after a day of sightseeing.

For your peace of mind, safety instructions are clearly displayed, and a fire extinguisher is available in the apartment.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor. Please note, there is no elevator available in the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable apartment in Porto, located in the historic Massarelos area, where the tranquillity of old pathways meets the beauty of the Douro River. Nearby, Campo do Rou is one of Porto’s most fascinating hidden gems, preserving the charm of a peaceful rural village. Its name reflects an old northern Portuguese expression for silence (“shh!”), earning it the nickname “Field of Silence.” Explore the charming Caminhos do Romântico, stroll through the Crystal Palace Gardens, discover the history of the trams at the Tram Museum, or enjoy a relaxing walk by the river. This is an excellent base to discover a more authentic and peaceful side of the city, while still visiting iconic places such as Ribeira do Porto and the Dom Luís I Bridge.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stops are approximately a 2–5 minute walk away, with connections to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
