The living/dining room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a comfortable seating area, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and windows that opens onto a large furnished panoramic balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the views of Palácio da Bolsa and the Douro river.

The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and equipped with a double bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is a fascinating city in northern Portugal with many good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets—many monuments, stores, and cafes.

The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.

It is also located near the coast, allowing you to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, S. Bento, is just a 5-minute walk.

Sá Carneiro airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Please note that there are stairs after entering the apartment, which may be inconvenient for people with large luggage or those with reduced mobility.

Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
