This apartment is near the Clérigos Tower, a Baroque-style bell tower that offers panoramic city views. My home is right on a hill, which may prove challenging for those with mobility issues, and has a tram line running through the street. However, the convenience of location is unbeatable.
Be greeted by a spacious living room with large windows and a small balcony perfect for people-watching. Relax on the comfortable sofa bed and catch up on your favourite shows on the TV, or prepare and enjoy delicious home-cooked meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. Savour the complimentary coffee pods at the breakfast bar, perfect for eating your meals.
The bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has everything for convenience, including clean towels, toiletries and a hairdryer.
Note: All windows are fitted with a reflective film that acts like a mirror from the outside, so you don’t need curtains for privacy. You can see how effective it is by standing on the balconies – visibility from outside is completely blocked.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Vitória is a neighbourhood located in the historic centre of Porto, Portugal. The area is known for its picturesque streets, colourful buildings, and charming atmosphere. Visitors can explore the narrow alleys and squares, admire the beautiful churches and palaces, and relax in the many cafes and restaurants. Some of the highlights of Vitória include the Clérigos Tower, São Bento Train Station, and the Porto Cathedral, all within walking distance. Overall, Vitória is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in experiencing Porto's rich culture and history.
Located in the heart of Porto, just a few blocks from the Douro River. The nearest transport links are the São Bento Train Station and the Aliados Metro Station, within walking distance. São Bento Train Station offers connections to nearby towns and cities, while Aliados Metro Station provides access to the rest of Porto and its suburbs. Porto is generally considered to be a very walkable city, with many of its attractions located within a reasonable walking distance from each other.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is about 15 kilometres (9.3 miles) northwest of the city centre. The driving distance from my home to the airport is approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Several ride-sharing services are available in Porto, including Uber, Bolt, and Free Now. These services allow users to request rides via a smartphone app and provide a convenient and affordable way to get around the city.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Important note: A washing machine (paid service) in the common area/condominium is available.
