Ideal for families or small groups, this accommodation features an inviting living and dining area with an open-plan lounge and kitchen. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV and a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or for accommodating extra guests. The sofa bed can accommodate an extra child.

The kitchen, with its contemporary design, is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to basic crockery and utensils, it includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob and fridge, as well as a dining table to enjoy your meals in good company.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both with plenty of natural light. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom features a single bed and a practical work area with a desk.

Important note: The property has internet access, but the speed is limited due to the lack of fibre optic coverage in the area, and is therefore only recommended for basic tasks.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in the peaceful residential area of São Mamede de Infesta, this studio enjoys a strategic location close to some of Porto's most important hospitals, universities and business hubs. Whether you're visiting for work, study, medical appointments or leisure, you'll benefit from excellent transport connections while enjoying a quieter setting away from the busy city centre.

The property is conveniently located near ISCAP (Porto Accounting and Business School), Hospital Universitário de São João, IPO Porto, and the Asprela University Campus, home to several faculties of the University of Porto, including FEUP, FEP, FADEUP, the Faculty of Medicine and the School of Nursing.

The neighbourhood offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, pharmacies and a variety of traditional Portuguese restaurants, all within easy reach.

Porto's Historic Centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is easily accessible by car or public transport. Spend the day exploring iconic landmarks such as Clérigos Tower, São Bento Station and Ribeira before returning to the comfort and tranquillity of your accommodation.

The nearby city of Matosinhos is also within easy reach, offering beautiful Atlantic beaches, a lively seafront promenade and some of the region's best seafood restaurants. Thanks to the area's excellent road connections, this is also an ideal base for discovering Braga, Guimarães and the Douro Valley.

By bus, STCP and Transdev provide several lines in the area with wide coverage to Porto and Matosinhos.

By car, the VCI (Via de Cintura Interna) and the A3 are easily accessible, allowing quick connections to Porto (around 10 minutes), Braga (around 30 minutes) and northern Portugal.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport (Porto) is approximately 10 to 15 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy on utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
