This charming 110m² duplex apartment is beautifully decorated and ideally situated near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

It is located on the 4th floor and has elevator access.

In the living room, you'll find cosy sofa beds to unwind on and a large-screen TV for all your favourite shows. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting and bright atmosphere.

The dining area includes a table with six, ideal for enjoying a homemade meal with family or friends.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious dishes, including an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. There's also a washing machine available for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a double bed. Both are outfitted with premium hotel-quality linen. The hallway has ample storage space and hangers for your convenience.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh during your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Important note: The upper floor is carpeted, which may not be suitable for those with allergies.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This address is in close proximity to some of the city's most popular attractions. Just a short distance away, visitors can explore the enchanting Livraria Lello bookstore and climb the iconic Torre dos Clérigos tower for panoramic views of the city. For those looking to indulge in the local culinary scene, Mercado Bom Sucesso and Capa Negra II offer a variety of dining options and lively atmospheres. With its central location, this address serves as a great starting point for visitors looking to explore all that Porto has to offer.

This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of two nearby metro stations. Francos station is just an 8-minute walk away, while Casa da Música station is a 9-minute walk from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
